Matthew 4, Luke 4-5, and John 1:15-51

Jesus’ ministry begins with calling various men to join him.  Peter, Andrew, James, John, Matthew, Philip, and Nathanael are mentioned in the various texts.  John’s gospel account tells us that Andrew brought Peter and Philip brought Nathanael.  They were convinced that Jesus was the Messiah and they wanted others to know him as well.  We, too, know Jesus as our Savior and Lord. We understand that he is God’s chosen one sent to reveal the will of God.  We understand that Jesus is God. As surely as we are convinced about who Jesus is, we want others to know him as well.  Who can we tell?
