White Station Church of Christ will host the annual SOMA Dinner at 5 pm on Saturday, February 28. Tickets are $15. If you would like to sponsor a table for eight, the cost is $300. Please see Mike White or Terrence Brownlee for tickets.
Agape, Park, and SOMA are joining together for a prayer walk through the Bella Vista apartment complex on Saturday, February 15, from 11 am – 1pm. The residents will know we are coming. We will walk the complex gathering prayer requests in groups of 4 people. The groups will pray with the residents or take the requests and we will gather in the leasing office at the end and pray over them then. Please let Mike White know if you can participate.
The annual fund SOMA/CSC fund raiser dinner will be held at Highland church of Christ on Saturday, February 16, at 7:00 pm. Tickets are $20 for students, $30 for adults and are available on the Soma website at www.somamemphis.org.
The Christian Student Center on the campus of the University of Memphis invites you to an Open House on Sunday, October 21, from 2:00 – 4:00 pm. Come see how students are growing in their faith through the family that is SOMA.
Monday, October 8, Park Avenue will host the Monday Night Meal at the Christian Student Center on the campus of the
University of Memphis. The meal will be catered but donations are appreciated to help cover the cost. The students would like to meet and get to know adults from area churches. If you are interested in attending and taking this opportunity to get to know the students and/or making a donation to help offset the cost of the meal, please see Megan Goddard.
Monday, August 27th at 6:00pm will be the first Monday Night Meal of the semester at the Christian Student Center. Come and enjoy fair food while welcoming students back to Memphis!
A college based Wednesday evening worship. It is held at the UofM Christian Student Center and begins at 7 PM.
There is a Monday Night Meal at 6 PM followed by small group bible studies. This is for COLLEGE AGE STUDENTS and is at the UofM Christian Student Center.
Terrence Brownlee and three other members at the Christian Student Center in Memphis are in Cordobo Argentina. They are using the English Bible to share the Good News. Terrence will be in Argentina from May 11 to June 1. Here is a slide report he sent.
