Fellowship Hall
Children ages 3 years and up will have a service project following the Family Meal on Sunday, October 21. The service project will take place in the Bible Hour classroom. Pick up time is 1:00 pm. Parent volunteers are needed to help with this event. Please let Patricia Corder or Tammi Watson know if you are able to help.
The annual Sea Isle Festival will be held on Sunday, October 21, from 3:00 – 6:00 pm at Sea Isle Park. Park Avenue along with other neighborhood churches and businesses will help bring this free event to the neighborhood. Help is needed to set up, to help with booths and activities, and to clean up. Please let Paul Neal know he can count on your support.
We will have a “trunk or treat” family night on Wednesday, October 31st at 7:00 pm. Hotdogs and chili will be served in the Fellowship Hall beginning at 6:00 pm. Hotdogs will be provided. There is a sign up sheet on the front pew for other food items that are needed as well as a place to sign up to provide a trunk with treats. Bible classes will not meet that night but everyone is encouraged to participate in this event! Dress in costume and decorate your trunk. Prizes will be awarded to the best costume and best decorated trunk!
Senior Luncheon will be held at noon in the Fellowship Hall on Wednesday, September 19.
Kentucky Lake Youth Rally
Teens will attend the Celebration Youth Rally at Kentucky Lake Friday – Sunday, November 2 – 4. Cost of the youth rally is $70. A $20 deposit is due before October 1. In addition, teens will need money to purchase a meal on the way to the event and on the way home. Adult chaperones are needed. If you have questions about this event or are interested in serving as a chaperone, please see Terrence Brownlee.
Canoe Trip to Buffalo River
Teens will take a canoe trip to the Buffalo River in Tennessee on Saturday, September 29. A $10 deposit will reserve your spot. Adult chaperones are needed. See Michael Lamport if you have questions about the trip or if you are interested in serving as a chaperone.

We will enjoy some family time together on Sunday, September 16, following the morning worship assembly. The menu is potluck. Bring a main dish or a side dish and a dessert. Please bring enough to feed your own family and some to share.
