Fourth to Sixth Grade Agape Gifts

The fourth to sixth grade students met Sunday, December 6, to “earn” some funds to help buy gifts for two Agape children.  They had the names of these two children and used funds from their work to buy them two toys each and some clothes.

After a meal together following the morning assembly, they worked together on their project.  They completed the bulletin board on the landing of the north stairway in the education building.

Following the project they went to a department store to shop for the gifts.  Upon returning to the building they wrapped the presents putting the name of each child on their gifts.  These were picked up by Kari and taken to the Agape office to be given to the children.

Many thanks to the teachers for their help with the project – Barbara, Vicki, Vivian, and Adrian.  Also thanks to the students who helped – Andy, Jonathan, Laura.  To see all the pictures of this project, please go to this page.
