Today (Aug 15) we worshiped with the Ochanomizu congregation in downtown Tokyo. Josephine had a ladies’ class yesterday (Aug 14) as well as a two hour class today.
Last week the church had their annual CS (church school) Camp. This is a time for children in Sunday school and their friends to get out of Tokyo and enjoy Bible study, crafts, and a fun together. This year there were 31 total who went to the camp which is the largest number they have had for a number of years.
I thought you would like to view a few pictures of camp. Brother Junnosuke Suzuki graciously permitted me to use them. Since he is taking the pictures, he is not in any of them. Brother Takumi Fukunaga is the Kyampu Cho (camp director) and has ministered in this capacity for five years.
