This is a report from “GooSama” (Good Samaritan) group at Ibaraki Christian University.
On March 23 members of the Christian church delivered 110 liters (29 gallons) of gasoline to the Kiara Hall on the Ibaraki Christian University campus. It was the twelfth day after the earthquake/tsunami. Even if you could secure a life line, it would take many hours to buy gasoline so this was a big help. Ministers for local congregations were very happy to get gasoline so they could check on members. Those represented were ministers from the Takahagi, Hitachi, Taga, Katsuta churches and the children’s home.
