Ministers gathered together at the Taga church building to hear about how they might help with the relief efforts. CRASH Japan is a non-profit disaster relief organization created to provide assistance during crisis situations. In the last few years, CRASH leaders have coordinated relief efforts in China, Haiti, Indonesia and other major disaster areas. CRASH Japan, working closely with JEMA (the Japanese Evangelical Missionary Association), has a large network of experienced volunteers in Japan who know the culture and language, and are already on the ground in local communities.
